A furious Joey Buttafuoco stunned radio listeners yesterday – saying he’d like to bash the just-freed Amy Fisher over the head with a baseball bat and run her over.
“I’m p***ed off. I think it’s bull,” that Fisher has been released, Buttafuoco said on Howard Stern’s K-Rock (92.3 FM) morning show.
Buttafuoco – plugging his new adults-only film “The Underground Comedy Movie” – told Stern:
“There’s a scene in the movie … with a woman in a wheelchair coming down one of the hills in California and there’s a guy with a baseball bat and he wacks her, knocks the head off.
“[It] goes a hundred feet and some dogs eat the head, right? Pretty funny. That’s too good [for Fisher].”
A stunned Stern then asked Buttafuoco: “Would you like to take a bat and hit Amy Fisher in the head and watch her head roll off and have dogs eat it?”
“Yes,” Buttafuoco insisted.
Stern also asked what he’d do if he was driving down the street and spotted Fisher.
“I’d run her over,” Buttafuoco said.
The Long Island Lolita was having an affair with Buttafuoco when she shot his wife Mary Jo in the head on May 19, 1992.
Fisher, 24, was released from prison earlier this month after Mary Jo forgave her and recommended her release from prison.
The auto-body shop mechanic said he and Mary Jo are at loggerheads over her decision to forgive Amy.
“There’s a serious divide here. It’s a very heavy issue between us,” he told Stern.
“Is that strong enough to break up your marriage,” Stern asked.
“I don’t know yet.”
Asked if he was willing to participate on a possible big-bucks TV meeting between himself, Mary Jo and Amy, Buttafuoco said: “Maybe.”
Buttafuoco, who pleaded guilty the statuatory rape of Fisher, said he was innocent of the charge and only pleadsed guilty to get a light sentence.
“I swear on my children’s lives… that I never had sex with Amy Fisher,” he insisted.
