The series finale of ABC’s “Home Improvement” averaged 54 million total viewers – making it the fourth-highest-rated series finale of the ’90s.
Tuesday’s 90-minute very-special episode – bathed in a heartwarming sea of tears and laughter – is ranked only behind the ’90s finales of “Seinfeld,” “Cheers” and “The Cosby Show.”
