ORACLE CEO Larry Ellison is famous for breaking the rules of how a chief executive should act, but the good people at the San Jose airport wish he’d just stop breaking the rules.
In March, the city threatened to sue after the software mogul’s Gulfstream V broke the airport’s curfew seven times.
Now airport records reveal Ellison’s $38 million jet has landed in the wee hours of the morning two more times.
The San Jose mayor has been talking tough about the airport noise issue, but whether he actually has the guts to sue a local corporate titan remains to be seen.
