OY! ‘SURVIVOR’ MOM TO WED STEPSON

THE intrigue surrounding the new “Survivor 2” show is getting weird – even before the show hits the air.

One of the contestants in the upcoming series is secretly engaged to marry her own stepson, it was reported today.

Debb Eaton, 45, of New Hampshire, fell for her stepson Bobby – 11 years her junior – after her second husband Don Eaton died in 1997, according to this week’s Enquirer.

“If Don were to return from the grave and see what’s going on, he’d be very upset. It’s just plain wrong,” says Auburn, N.H. Police Chief Edward Picard, who is Don’s former boss.

“It doesn’t matter if Debb was a stepmom or a real mom – Bobby is her son and Debb is his mom. They’ve shocked and alienated a lot of people with their affair.

“It’s not incest technically – but it’s awfully close.”

Debb, a corrections officer, is one of 16 contestants who’ll be seen in the highly-anticipated sequel to last summer’s blockbuster “Survivor.”

The Enquirer says in early 1997, Bobby separated from his wife. And after his father – who’d been wed to Debb since the early 1980s – died, the son moved back into his stepmom’s home as “a matter of convenience.”

Within a year of living together, a hot-and-heavy romance blossomed.

But Bobby’s brother, Michael, says he sees nothing wrong.

“They’re happy. And if two people have a chance to be happy together, what’s wrong with that,” he says.
