An Italian tot was ticketed by cops for using a tree as a toilet.
The 3-year-old boy was so traumatized by the experience that he couldn’t urinate for the next three days – fearing officers would come and hassle him, the British Press Association reported.
The tempest-in-a-tinkle took place at a public park in Rome, where police spotted the youngster relieving himself against an arbor. A cop took the boy to his mother and told her that her child had violated the tree – and the law.
An Italian association is suing the cop on behalf of the family for allegedly violating the child’s human rights, the press association said.
