A Horace Greeley HS football player says the team throws a stripper party every year – complete with beer drinking and pot smoking – and he doesn’t understand why there’s such a fuss about the latest bash.
The player, interviewed in the parking lot of the Chappaqua high school, called the parent-chaperoned party last Saturday night “good fun.”
“We were drinking beer and smoking and watching the stripper do her thing,” said the player, who wouldn’t give his name. “And Jeremy [Wien]’s parents were right there having a good time with us.”
The player said that every year the football team has a party at a different player’s home “with strippers and beer and we smoke pot. I don’t see what’s the big deal. The only thing was this year we got caught.”
But the party was a big deal to many in Chappaqua – including one of the town’s most famous residents, Sen. Hillary Clinton, who yesterday denounced the idea that parents would throw a student party where a whipped-cream covered stripper would perform simulated sex acts.
Asked about the party, Clinton said via spokesman Jim Kennedy she is “very concerned about what happened.”
Robert and Rochelle Wien, the New Castle couple who hosted the Saturday bash for over 50 kids are charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child, both misdemeanors.
Wien, a senior managing director at Josephthal & Co., did not return repeated calls for comment.
The couple’s son, Jeremy, 17, is a senior and third-string quarterback on the school’s football team and is an editor of the school newspaper.
Westchester DA Jeanine Pirro said there was pot and beer at the party – and that the naked stripper, “was inserting objects into private parts of her body.”
Anthony “Cousin Vinny” Agnello, who runs Gorgeous Strippers Plus and says he sent the stripper he calls Nicole to the party, yesterday said: “What’s the big deal?
“These kids in a couple of years will be going to call girls and they’re just getting a head start on things,” Agnello said.
