QUEENS

* A father stabbed his son to death in a fight over rent money, police said yesterday.

Shibaran Seecharan, 59, got in an argument with his son Lakeraj, 32, shortly before 10:00 p.m. Saturday after the younger man paid his dad rent for an apartment in the family’s Sutter Avenue building in Ozone Park. The pair had been drinking and then began fighting about the money, police said.

The father then grabbed a knife and stabbed his son in the chest, investigators said. A second son, Jaipersaud, 25, ran to help his brother and was stabbed in the arm and chest by his father, cops said.

The two wounded men were taken to Jamaica Hospital, where Lakeraj died. His younger brother was in stable condition.

Police arrested Shibaran and charged him with murder, assault and possession of a weapon.

* Two cars collided in a fatal accident on 148th Street and Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica yesterday.

A 39 year-old man, whose name was withheld pending notification of his family, was pronounced dead on arrival at Jamaica Hospital after his 1982 Oldsmobile, which was going east on Jamiaca Avenue, hit a 1998 Lexus.

The 28 year-old driver of the Lexus refused medical treatment.

* Two armed men made off with $500 Saturday evening from an electronics store on 46th Street in Woodside after flashing their guns and demanding cash. They fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

MANHATTAN

* A man was charged last night with stabbing two men on Avenue D after a dispute in a deli.

Raymond Sanchez, 50, was taken into custody immediately after the East Village knifing, which left a pool of blood on the street.

Both victims are in their 40s and were taken to Bellevue Hospital. One is in critical condition but stable condition, while the other is stable.

Police have yet to determine the cause of the dispute or the relationship between the victims and the suspect. The victims’ names were withheld pending notification of their relatives. (lcf replate)

* Three men were shot by an unidentified gunman in his 20s while they were standing in front of 2150 Fifth Ave. The victims, whose names were withheld pending notification of their families, were taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition. Cops are still investigating.

BROOKLYN

* A homeless man, identified as Mickey Davis, 45, went on a rampage, slashing two people in two separate incidents before being arrested.

The first victim was a 54-year-old man who was slashed in the head on a stairwell leading to the Borough Hall subway station at about 1:10 p.m. Saturday.

Davis fled but reappeared a few blocks away, where he slashed a 60-year-old man in the arm in front of 350 Fulton St., cops said police nabbed Davis at Willoughby and Pearl streets. Both victims were listed in stable condition.

Davis was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

* Police said they found the body of Stacy Closson, 34, of 401 Greene St., on the roof of 180 Wortman Ave. on Saturday afternoon with a gunshot to the face. An investigation is continuing.

* Charles Tabag, 59, was treated at Kings County Hospital after he was discovered at the bottom of the steps of an apartment at 617 E. 59th St., where a birthday party was taking place. Police said the tumble was accidental.

THE BRONX

* An unidentified man was struck and killed by a subway train early today at the Elder Avenue train station on the No. 6 line in Soundview, police said.

Cops are investigating, but believe the unidentified man slipped and fell from the platform onto the elevated tracks. (lcf replate)
