‘Malcolm’ dad finds ‘Middle’ ground for kids
“Malcolm in the Middle” dad Bryan Cranston (Hal) will executive-produce and host a video/DVD aimed at parents and covering issues such as abduction prevention, kidnapping and safety.
Cranston and co-executive producer Bill Timoney (who played Alfred on “All My Children”) will be in production for five days beginning Monday. Much of the production will be shot on the “Malcolm” set at Radnor Studios in L.A.
The video/DVD will go directly to video stores and other retail outlets. All proceeds (after expenses and taxes) will be donated to the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children. Both the center and the FBI’s Crimes Against Children Division have okayed the script, according to Timoney.
