BROOKLYN
* A 28-year-old woman died yesterday after she was found unconscious in her Coney Island apartment, police said.
Concerned family members notified cops, who discovered the unidentified woman at around 5 a.m. on Ocean Parkway near Kings Highway. The family became worried after they hadn’t heard from the woman in a while.
The victim was taken to Coney Island Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The cause of death hasn’t yet been determined.
* Cops said yesterday they identified a man who was gunned down during a dispute with three assailants.
Winston Miller, 41, was shot in the head and chest by one of the three unidentified attackers at Lefferts Place and Atlantic Avenue, police said. All three fled.
Miller, taken to Woodhull Hospital in critical condition, died later.
THE BRONX
* A young man was arrested for sodomizing a 5-year-old girl in his Tremont home, police said yesterday.
The incident occurred Sunday on Webster Avenue near 179th Street, where baby-sitter Anael Agular, 17, allegedly sodomized the little girl in a bedroom after she fell asleep, cops said.
The victim was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital for evaluation. Agular was charged with sodomy and endangering the welfare of a child.
* A 24-year-old woman was found murdered in Mott Haven yesterday with multiple gunshot wounds to her head.
The body of Shakemia Wilson was discovered at about 1 a.m. on East 134th Street and Alexander Avenue. Cops were searching for the killer and a motive.
QUEENS
* A 22-year-old woman died yesterday after family members found her unconscious in her Richmond Hill apartment, police said. The incident occurred at about 10 a.m. on Jamaica Avenue near 116th Street. The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
* A Forest Hills man was arrested for sodomizing a 15-year-old girl in his apartment, police said yesterday.
Photographer Alberto Dominguez, 43, lured the teen into his home on 72nd Avenue and videotaped the sex act, a police source said.
Police suspect that Dominguez met the child’s family at a wedding and promised to turn the girl into a model, the source said. The victim was taken to Elmhurst General Hospital for evaluation. Dominguez was charged with sodomy, sexual abuse and promoting an obscene sexual performance.
He is being investigated for other sexual attacks on minors. (m)
MANHATTAN
* Two people were arrested in Harlem for illegally selling weapons out of stores, a police source said yesterday.
On Wednesday, Manhattan North detectives executed two search warrants at 7:30 p.m. at two stores, both on Broadway in the West 140s, and confiscated swords, switchblades and penknives, the source said.
The suspects, a man and woman, were charged with 350 counts of criminal possession of a weapon. (s, lcf)
STATEN ISLAND
* A 19-year-old man was arrested yesterday in connection with two shooting incidents in Fox Hills, police said. On Tuesday, Dane Finley allegedly shot a 28-year-old man in the shoulder on Park Hill Avenue near Roll Street. The victim also suffered a graze wound to his neck, police said. The unidentified victim was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital, where he was treated and released.
On Sept. 20, Dane allegedly shot a 23-year-old man and an 18-year-old man in the same neighborhood. The unidentified victims were taken to an area hospital in stable condition. Dane was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firearm.
