IT’S curtains all over the city: “Amour,” the new Michel Legrand musical, and uptown’s “Harlem Song” have both posted closing notices.
“Amour,” which was first produced in Paris and won the French equivalent of the Tony, will close Sunday after playing a mere 17 performances and 31 previews. The Post’s Clive Barnes gave it three stars, but other critics were less charmed.
“Harlem Song,” which aspired to do for the historic Apollo Theater what the Rockettes have done for Radio City, opened Aug. 6 to generally good reviews but faltering sales.
A notice went up yesterday saying the production will close Monday if sales don’t pick up.
