Letters threatening new terror attacks if Muslims aren’t treated “better” were mailed to Police Headquarters, the Kennedy Airport control tower and several East Side buildings, police said.
Roughly 10 letters – all with the same handwriting and illustrated with a sketch of a rocket launcher – were sent from an undisclosed Brooklyn address. The letters demand that America “treat Muslims better, free Muslim prisoners [and] stop your evil-doing.”
If the demands are not met, the letters say, the city will again be a terror target.
The letters are being checked for fingerprints by the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
