TRY HAVING A SALAD, KIDS

THE fat kids whose lawsuit against McDonald’s was thrown out of court are back on the Mac Attack.

The kids maintained, in a new suit last week, that they had no way of knowing that eating four dozen Big Macs in two minutes would make them look like they should be flying over Macy’s on Thanksgiving.

Excuse me, but what the heck did they think it was – diet food? Here’s a clue – diet food never tastes like french fries. It tastes like an apple. On a good day, it takes like a pear.

The kids’ lawyer, Samuel Hirsch, who may in fact be singularly responsible for making attorneys the most hated briefcase carriers in the world, maintains the nutritional brochure and ads distributed by McDonald’s deceived the average customer. Right. And how many times did those 400-pound kids read the nutritional brochures before deciding supersize fries were so good for them they should go for half a dozen more orders?
