Bianca Jagger won’t get no pad eviction – her landlord is dropping its bid to boot her from her mold-infested Park Avenue apartment.
In papers filed in Manhattan Housing Court, Katz Park Ave. Corp. says it wants to drop its eviction proceedings against Jagger, the ex-wife of Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger – but it also wants a judge to keep the door open for the firm to refile the papers at a later date.
That’s not giving any satisfaction to Jagger’s lawyer, Ryan Goldstein. He plans to fight their move in court tomorrow, when he’ll ask the judge to throw the case out instead of allowing the landlord’s lawyers to pull it back.
The papers give no explanation for Katz’s sudden turnaround, and their lawyer didn’t return a call for comment.
The landlord won a default judgment of eviction against Jagger earlier this month.
The landlord’s legal papers were served at Jagger’s $4,600-a-month apartment – where the landlord knew Jagger hadn’t been living because of the mold condition inside.
