Orla, 28, mergers and acquisitions finance
Orla, who lives in the West Village, isn’t a fitness freak, but she likes to keep healthy. “I run a lot down the Hudson River Park next to the West Side Highway, and I also like to do a bit of yoga to keep in shape. I also love going to the theater – I went to see ‘Embedded’ the other day, and it was excellent. I’d recommend that one.”
Orla, who’s Irish, lists travel as her other passion: “I have been living in New York for about 18 months. I have to travel about twice a month with my work, so at the moment I am really getting into exploring America. I really like the West Coast and Florida, and I’ve also just been to Montreal.”
Orla’s pretty clear on what she’s looking for in a guy: “I genuinely am just looking for fun. You know, I have no intention of hanging around in the States forever, so I’m not pretending I am hoping to find the love of my life. I’ve got a great group of girlfriends, but I have found it more difficult to meet guys who are up for laughs – I don’t know why.
“It might be something to do with American men. I’ve dated quite a few American boys since I have been here, but none of them have really worked out, so I think I have decided that European boys are the way forward. The last guy I was seeing was Spanish – he was great.”
And what qualities would she be looking for in her ideal good-time guy? “Honesty is absolutely essential to me,” she says, “He’s got to be clever and a good conversationalist, too.”
To try and ensure that Orla finds her ideal fun-shine boy, we’ve given her a choice of three hunky, witty guys. Will she go for James, 32, a TV producer; Murray, also 32, who’s a designer; or Nicky, 33, who does something called “digital imaging” (whatever that is)?
To find out you’ll have to buy The Post next Sunday – in the meantime, vote for who you think Orla should pick at http://www.24hbongdda.site/dating, and if you want us to hook you up with the guy or girl of your dreams, then get in the game!
