ALL THE BREWHAHA: Stuck in the city? Don’t let that keep you from eating holiday-style. For a feast without the fuss, head to Times Square Brewery (210 W. 42nd St.), where they’re cooking with beer for Memorial Day. The weekend’s special menu runs from shrimp cocktail poached in beer and oysters and clams on the half shell with Drunken Beer Mignonette to beer-infused barbecued ribs and a foot-long hot dog smothered in beer-caramelized onions. GET SMARTY: The Belmont Stakes is Saturday, but Gallagher’s Steak House (228 W. 52nd St.) is getting a jump on the big race with its Triple Crown Power Lunch. Tomorrow through Saturday, “The Belmont Steaks” three-course $20.04 lunch features New York state specialties like Manhattan clam chowder, sliced steak salad with Hudson Valley blue-cheese dressing and New York cheesecake. Tuesday’s $30.04 lunch buys a handicapping seminar with The Post’s Anthony Stabile and John DaSilva and other experts, and Philly cheese steak in honor of pony-of-the-moment Smarty Jones. PARK IT: Central Park’s Bethesda Terrace is the setting for “A Taste of Summer,” where Wednesday from 7 to 11 p.m., 40 of the city’s top restaurants – Spice Market, Tribeca Grill and Asiate among them – offer tastes of their wares to benefit the Central Park Conservancy. Moby’s new line of Teany teas will be served, and the dancing and a silent auction of items such as a private tasting with chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten complete the evening. GET IT WHILE YOU CAN: Who doesn’t love soft-shell crabs? And now that they’re actually in season, chef Laurent Tourondel at BLT Steak (106 E. 57th St.) has found a way to morph them into another favorite nosh. His new soft-shell crab BLT ($18 at lunch) ups the ante by tucking a sautéed soft shell and homemade tartar sauce in with double-smoked bacon, lettuce and tomato between slices of ciabatta. GOTTA TRY IT: The coolest way to keep white wine chilled (and red safe) during upcoming BYO journeys is with this insulating tote from Built NY.
