TV SCHEDULE CHANGES

THE networks are re-jiggering their prime-time schedules tonight to accommodate President Bush’s national address from Louisiana at 9 p.m.

CBS

The season premiere of “Survivor: Guatemala” on CBS will air from 8 to 9 p.m. as scheduled, followed by two “CSI” repeats after the president’s address.

CBS has also moved the season premiere of “CSI: NY” to Sept. 28 (10 p.m.).

FOX

Fox will air an original episode of “The O.C.” (8-9 p.m.). A repeat of “The War at Home” will follow the speech, unless the president’s address runs longer than the expected half-hour, then Fox News Channel will fill the airtime until 10 p.m.

NBC

NBC will air “Joey” and “Will & Grace” (8-9 p.m.) and episodes of “Scrubs” and “ER” following the speech.

ABC

ABC had previously announced a three-hour Hurricane Katrina block from 8 to 11 p.m. A special edition of “Primetime Live” will air at 8 p.m., with Ted Koppel anchoring the president’s speech at 9, which will be followed by

another “Primetime.”
