The former Wyndham Hotel at 42 West 58th Street was sold last month for $90 million to Korman Communities and BlackRock Realty.
The company intends to renovate the 117,000-ft. building near The Plaza, and open in November with 138 extended stay-corporate apartments.
Darcy Stacom and Bill Shanahan of CB Richard Ellis handled the marketing which netted $770 a foot.
City documents show the sellers, Ark Investment Partners, controlled by Brad Reiss and John Woon, bought it just a year ago for $26 million and paid another $12 million to terminate the long-term Wyndham International lease.
