JUDGE Anne Feldman yesterday assured New York that monster Marlon Legere will die in prison – but frankly, under the circumstances, I hope his veins get fitted for a needle before he gets fitted for a box.
If killing two cops doesn’t qualify for the juice jab, what does?
“Everyone should to go to Albany talk to Shelly Silver and others and get this death penalty to a vote – it’s vital,” said Mike Palladino, president of the Detectives Endowment Association.
Brian Rafferty, brother of slain cop Pat Rafferty, said: “What is the whole point keeping this man alive at taxpayer expense after killing Pat and Bobby Parker?”
The bitter irony is that the families of Pat and Bobby are also paying for Legere’s upkeep to get three squares a day.
Now these cops were not derelict in their duty. But to the state, city and the liberals, drawing a gun, if you’re a cop, it’s an absolute no-no.
They would have been hauled before the Civilian Complaint Review Board and questioned by Internal Affairs.
Eric Hernandez, the brave young cop who died in a tragic friendly-fire accident in The Bronx, should be alive today.
Here were these weasel thugs beating him almost senseless.
If Eric had pulled his gun and blown one of these punks into the ionosphere, he would have been alive today.
He didn’t pull his gun until way after he got his beating – he was worried about being judged by 12. Well, it’s better than being carried by six.
I have been to far too many cop funerals and I still ask the question: What’s the use of carrying a gun, to keep it holstered, and wait until someone drills you?
