The Hunter College grad seriously injured when a deranged doctor blew up his Manhattan townhouse now wants to inflict a little pain herself.
Jennifer Panicali, 22, of Staten Island, yesterday filed suit against Nicholas “Dr. Boom” Bartha’s oldest daughter, Serena, who is the executor of his multimillion-dollar holdings.
Panicali’s suit seeks unspecified damages for the “severe and disfiguring physical” and “long-lasting emotional and psychological” injuries she suffered in the explosion sparked by a suicidal Bartha at his East 62nd Street home July 10.
Panicali was walking to her summer job with the Parks Department when she was struck by debris, suffering more than 100 wounds.
Bartha was inside the house at the time. He later died from his wounds.
