A teenage mother accused of beating her 3-year-old daughter to death told cops she routinely hit the little girl and has “anger-management issues,” according to court papers.
Jessica Rosado, who is about to give birth to another child, pleaded not guilty at her arraignment yesterday to criminally negligent homicide, manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.
Rosado, 18, was also found mentally competent to stand trial for beating and kicking her daughter, Kiana, to death in their Brooklyn apartment in June.
