*** One of two teens shot by a rival in High Bridge on Thursday has died, authorities said yesterday.
Jamal Robinson, 16, succumbed to injuries he suffered when he and a pal, also 16, were gunned down at the corner West 168th Street and Nelson Avenue at 6:30 p.m., cops said.
Robinson suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where he died.
The other teen was shot in the buttocks and was listed in stable condition at Lincoln, authorities said.
The triggerman fled the scene on foot.
STATEN ISLAND
*** A man has been busted for shooting two women in Mariners Harbor, authorities said yesterday.
Angel Irizarry, 18, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly gunning down the two victims, ages 48 and 32, inside a Holland Avenue apartment near Richmond Terrace at 7:40 p.m. on Oct. 9, law-enforcement sources said.
The older woman was shot in the back and abdomen and is on life support at St. Vincent’s Hospital. The younger woman suffered a gunshot wound to the right thigh. She was treated at St. Vincent’s and released.
According to sources, Irizarry and his accomplice, David Mitchell, 27, opened fire on the two women in a drug-related dispute.
Mitchell was arrested on Oct. 13. Irizarry is charged with attempted murder, two counts of assault and weapons possession, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
*** An Arlington man was nabbed on drug charges after cops raided his apartment, authorities said yesterday.
Keyon Dudley, 31, was arrested Thursday at his Lockman Avenue home near Richmond Terrace on Aug. 11, law-enforcement sources said.
Detectives found 47 bags of crack, one pouch of cocaine, 14 small packages of heroin, 11 bags of marijuana and a fake silver handgun, authorities said.
He is charged with two counts of drug possession, pot possession and having an imitation pistol, said a DA spokesman.
BROOKLYN
*** Police yesterday identified the Long Island teen shot dead in the lobby of a Coney Island building.
Aziz Almakay, 19, of Hicksville, was shot in the abdomen during an argument in the vestibule of a Bay 50th Street apartment house at 3 p.m. Friday, authorities said.
He was rushed to Lutheran Medical Center, where he died about 5½ hours later, police said.
Authorities are investigating the possibility that Almakay went to the building to buy drugs.
QUEENS
*** A Delaware man raped a woman in Rego Park to scare her estranged husband into dropping criminal charges he pressed against the suspect, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
Sayed Shah, 29, of Heather Woods, Del., allegedly accosted the 25-year- old victim on Woodhaven Boulevard at 6 p.m. on Sept. 22, authorities said.
Shah smashed the woman’s windshield and forced his way into her car, where he destroyed her cellphone while screaming at her to make her husband “drop the charges,” according to a Criminal Court complaint.
He went on to strike her in the head, rape her and spit on her, authorities said.
Shah, a plumber, was arrested for the brutal attack on Thursday when he showed up for a scheduled court date for the Aug. 28 assault charge about which he ranted during the rape.
In the original assault case, Shah allegedly punched the woman’s estranged husband and bashed him in the head with a stick, authorities said.
Shah is now also charged with two counts of rape, assault and criminal mischief, according to a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.
*** An eagle-eyed cop helped nab a serial bank robber who has struck in Richmond Hill and Howard Beach after he saw the man’s picture on a flier and remembered locking him up for an earlier crime, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
Andrew Sanchez, 44, was arrested at his South Ozone Park home on Wednesday and charged with sticking up five banks, the sources said.
Sanchez is charged with six counts of robbery and faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted, according to a spokeswoman for DA Brown.
