Carey on . . . Barker Drew Carey, who replaced Bob Barker on “The Price is Right,” was asked by Enter tainment Weekly to comment on Barker, who was named one of the “50 Greatest TV Icons” for a TV Land/EW spe cial airing tomorrow on TV Land (Barker is #34 on the list). “You talk about 35 years at a gig – it’s awe-inspiring” says Carey. “He was a steady, honest performer that you could always count on.

“When Bob’s hair went white, he became this mythic figure, guiding the average person through this maze to success. His only advice [to me] was not to copy him.

“I don’t know if it was ad vice or a threat.”

This list, of course, is sub jective. I mean, they include Calista Flockhart and Ker mit the Frog but not Art Car ney? Jennifer Aniston but not her “Friends” co-stars? What’s that all about?

Minaya, who was born in the Dominican Re public, helped a Dominican mother named Betania re build her fruit-vending busi ness there, and “Penny Revo lution” (10 p.m.) details how their paths crossed.
