OK, so Dave, Jay, Conan, Colbert et al. are in reruns during the ongoing writers’ strike. But there is an online talk-show alternative to slake your late-night thirst, if you’re so inclined.
Ray Ellin has corralled Charles Grodin, Hank Aza ria and ESPN’s Kenny Mayne for tonight’s edition of “LateNet with Ray Ellin,” which streams live on pal talk.com. (8 p.m.) from the Gotham Comedy Club (W. 23rd). Azaria is slated to star in Broadway’s “The Far nsworth Invention” once that strike is settled, while Grodin will discuss his new book, “If I Only Knew Then . . .” * * *
It’s been quite a week for acoustic soul singer Ayo, whose concert special, “Ayo Live in Monte Carlo,” airs Dec. 1 on PBS. Her debut CD, “Joyful,” which was released last week on Inter scope, has garnered terrific re views – and she just opened for Sly & The Family Stone here in New York. She’s cur rently touring with BabyFace.

“Ben 10: Race Against Time,” which aired last Wednesday night, snared the biggest audience in Cartoon Network history, averaging nearly 4 million viewers (8-9:30 p.m.). It also set a net work record in boys 2-11 and tied the Cartoon Network re cord in boys 6-11.

* Ch. 2’s “Holiday in Bryant Park” airs live tonight (7 p.m.) with Chris Wragge and Kristine Johnson.

* Thursday: Ch. 4’s Chris Cimino emcees Junior Achievement of New York’s Leadership awards gala (World Financial Center Winter Garden).
* The work of legendary French comic Jacques Tati (one of Peter Sellers’ idols) is celebrated Thursday with TV5MONDE‘s airing of Tati’s movie, “Parade” (8:30 p.m.).
