Forget making out in the back row – get married instead.
To celebrate the release of the movie “Tony ‘n’ Tina’s Wedding,” couples tied the knot and renewed vows in midnight ceremonies last night and Friday at the IFC Center in the West Village.
“It was fun, quirky and a quintessentially New York moment,” said the film’s spokesman, Wellington Love. Based on the cult off-Broadway play, “Tony ‘n’ Tina” tells the story of a Queens couple whose wedding turns to chaos.
