Yep, Zbigniew Sobczak got into a public four-letter tussle with fellow hack Malik Rizwan. Neither cabbie had a passenger at the time of the purple tirade – so no one was there to be offended. Indeed, both had gotten out of their cars – so no one was in danger of being run over, either.
Yet the TLC fined Sobczak a grand and suspended his hack license 30 days for dropping an F-bomb.
And now the agency is launching a profanity-prevention initiative to help cabbies wash out their mouths.
