A Rhode Island man almost went out with a bang when the cigarette he was smoking in his car accidentally set off the fireworks he had stashed by his feet.
The incident left the car burnt to a crisp, but somehow, the man was unhurt. He was charged with illegal possession of fireworks.

A wildlife officer in Scranton, Pa., caught a bear near an elementary school and realized it’s the same one he has captured and relocated two other times.
Officer Mark Rutowksi says he doesn’t know why the bear keeps coming back, but every time it does, he will be there to take it away.
