A group of riled-up Bronx neighbors claim they’ve been bombarded with bogus tickets from a rogue traffic agent.
More than half a dozen peeved parkers in Riverdale say they’ve been slapped with citations for parking in places that they weren’t in.
“There is a pattern here that’s troubling,” said Tony Perez Cassino, chairman of Community Board 8.
“None of these people received a ticket on their car, they got it in the mail . . . and they are all sure they did not commit the offense.”
In one instance, the car owner said he was in Israel and his Oldsmobile was on Netherland Avenue. Somehow he got a ticket for double parking on Arlington Avenue.
Rookie NYPD Traffic agent Terri Flight, 28, signed all of the suspect citations, according to a police source. There was no answer at her Harlem apartment last night.
Dr. Robert Dickstein said three cars – belonging to him, his wife and daughter – have been slapped with a total of four bogus tickets.
“It’s obvious they are filling her quota,” he said.
An NYPD spokesman said the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating the complaints.
