FUN-loving dad Larry King channeled his inner Flavor Flav to cheer on his two sons in a flag football game.
The CNN talkmeister, 74, proudly donned a Viking helmet – complete with curved side-horns – to prowl the sidelines of a recent game in a Los Angeles park.
It’s a brim made famous by zany rapper Flavor Flav, who sports the colorful headgear on his VH-1 reality shows.
King wore one not because he’s a fan of Flav’s group, Public Enemy, but because his kids’ team is called the Vikings and many parents wear the hats while watching the games, a source close to King said.
These Vikings happen to be enjoying an undefeated season, the source said, due at least in part to the contributions made by King’s sons with wife Shawn Southwick – Chance, 9, who plays quarterback, and Cannon, 8, a wide receiver.
We just have one wish for this sideline warrior: May the Norse be with you!
