* A diner was busted after he flew into a rage at a Flushing restaurant as he harassed his waitress and refused to pay for his meal, authorities said.
Hojin Kil, 37, sought the company of his server at Seoul Soon Dae in the wee hours of Feb. 8, repeatedly grabbing her arm and demanding that she sit with him, sources said.
The woman refused, and he began screaming, yelling and spitting.
When the unhappy customer allegedly refused to cough up $34.52 for his chow, the cops were called, and he was arrested.
Kil was charged with theft of services, disorderly conduct and harassment, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Richard Brown.
* A bird-brained Brooklyn burglar was nabbed after he left a juice carton behind at a Ridgewood home, officials said.
Ramon Colon, 31, allegedly broke into the home on Onderdonk Avenue near Harmon Street last June and swiped a truckload of electronics, including a hard drive, a Sony DVD player, a Sony PlayStation, DVDs and a cable box.
But he was nabbed earlier this month after investigators matched his DNA to a Tropicana apple juice box.
Colon was charged with burglary and criminal trespass, the DA’s office said.
* A sloshed motorist was nabbed with a blood-alcohol level of more than two times the legal limit on a Maspeth street, authorities said.
Pio Ryan, 26, allegedly blew a red light at 52nd Avenue and 58th Street at 3:30 a.m. on Feb. 9.
He then made a right turn into oncoming traffic, forcing other cars to swerve around him, sources said.
When cops pulled him over, he allegedly admitted to having had “three pint[s] of beer,” and he had an open Heineken in the front seat.
A test revealed that his blood alcohol was .196, according to court papers. The state limit is .08.
Ryan was charged with aggravated DWI, among other counts, according to the DA’s spokesman.
* A pimp was busted in Elmhurst after he offered up two prostitutes to undercover cops, sources said.
Jorge Cruz, 21, allegedly hawked the women’s services at his Elbertson Street building, near Lamont Avenue, on Feb. 7 for $40 each.
He was charged with promoting prostitution, according to the DA’s office.
* A bungling burglar was caught red-handed trying to break into a Bayside restaurant, authorities said.
Miguel Hernandez, 20, was spotted breaking the front door and window at Cana Catering, on 48th Avenue near 212th Street, on Feb. 8 just after midnight, sources said.
A cop quickly arrived at the store and arrested Hernandez.
He was charged with burglary, the DA’s spokesman said.
Brooklyn
* A woman’s naked and bruised body was found between two parked cars in Bushwick early yesterday, sources said.
A passerby made the grisly discovery just before 9 a.m. on Palmetto Street and Bushwick Avenue.
The victim, who was in her 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner’s Office is to perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Her name was not immediately known because she was not carrying identification. Nor was it immediately clear how long she had been dead.
Manhattan
* An elderly woman was found dead, an apparent suicide, at her Midtown high-rise yesterday, sources said.
The unidentified victim, 77, was found with a plastic bag over her head at the building on West 55th Street near Fifth Avenue just after 1:30 p.m.
A law-enforcement source said the woman had appeared depressed earlier in the day.
The Medical Examiner’s Office is to perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
Staten Island
* A woman who beat her 7-year-old son with a sneaker in a Bay Terrace school last week has been arrested, authorities said yesterday.
Gezime Lata, 31, allegedly struck her son in the face at PS 53, on Durant Avenue near Redgrave Avenue, at about 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The boy suffered minor bruising and a swollen eye.
A police investigation led to Lata’s arrest the next day on charges of child endangerment and assault, a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said.
* Police arrested a woman for hitting her 11-year-old son with a belt in their Ward Hill apartment last week.
Erika Cruz, 33, told cops she “whipped him with a thin dress belt” for several minutes in their Clark Lane apartment, near Chester Place, at about 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, sources said.
The boy suffered bruises to his arms and legs.
Cruz was arrested Thursday and charged with assault.
