Terra Firma chief Guy Hands has 12 days to per suade investors to ante up new money for EMI or risk losing control of the troubled music group, home to top acts such as Coldplay and Katy Perry.
Hands still needs to se cure the support of 75 percent of his fund’s 200 investors by May 14 for $68.2 million in commit ments to be drawn down .
