As the Tribeca Film Festival folds its tents and rolls up its red carpets for the year, I was pleased to see that the doc of the brainy Canadian Ayn Rand-influenced heavy-metal power trio Rush won the Heineken Audience Award. “Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage” has lined up a theatrical release thanks to buzz from the festival, and I expect it’ll win a rapt audience on TV not long after that. Another music documentary, “Last Play at Shea,” about Billy Joel’s stadium-closing concerts out in Flushing Meadows a couple of years ago, finished fourth.
