It’s the reality
TV types are sniffing around behind-the-scenes ce lebrity designer Kenny Davis, who’ll make his on- camera debut next month in the season premiere of “Kathy Griffin’s Life on the D- List.” Davis, responsible for designing the interiors for “Paris Hilton’s My BFF” and Ashton Kutcher’s “Beauty and the Geek,” has also worked with P Diddy, 50 Cent and others — a resume that has all the earmarks of a reality show.
Speaking of which . . . actress/ Playboy pinup gal Joanna Krupa (“Dancing With the Stars”) and Maria Arce (“Paul Blart: Mall Cop”) are in the midst of filming their E! reality series in Man hattan, LA and Miami. “The Krupa Sisters” (Joanna’s sib is twin sister Marta) follows the women (Arce is Krupa’s BFF) as they live their fabu lous lives, well, fabulously.
And it’s good to be a TV star, or at least an actor/ ac tress (however relatively un known) especially this week, when the networks held their annual “upfronts” (presenting their fall schedules to adver tisers). Why? Well, Think PR, which had an “Upfronts Studio” all week at The Em pire Hotel — catering to TV talent — lured, among others, Boris Kodjoe and Jessica Parker Kennedy (“Under covers”), Olivia Munn and Christine Woods (“Perfect Couples) and Martha Plimp ton and Shannon Wood ward (“Keep Hope Alive”) to the lounge, where they were pampered and waited-on re garding clothing, accessories, jewelry, etc. for their press appearances.
Last, but not least:
* Nora Ephron and 30 writers/actors meet their PencilPAL 5th grade class for the first time today (PS 16 in Corona, Queens) . . . Cory Monteith, Mary Salling (“Glee”) at Blue Fin . . . Con grats to Andrea Canning (ABC News) and husband Tony Bancroft on the arrival of Charlotte Brewster.
