Full circle

Venture capitalist Doug Von Allmen, who was reportedly burned by Ponzi scamster Scott Rothstei
n, is selling his three-bedroom, 5½-bath, 3,500-square-foot sky-pad duplex at 25 Columbus Circle for around $15.95 million in an all-cash deal.

The unit, which is now in contract, was listed last year for $18.45 million.

The condo, on the 74th and 75th floors, features a 45½-foot-long great room, dramatic views of Central Park and its own private elevator.

The buyer is allegedly a Russian oligarch billionaire. Brown Harris Stevens brokers Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers declined to comment.

The 25 Columbus Circle buyer will be neighbors with the likes of Knicks star David Lee, who is renting a two-bedroom for around $22,000 per month with girlfriend Sabina Gadecki, host of the Travel Channel’s World Poker Tour.

The dynamic duo of Sample and Powers also has a signed contract out on a $16.5 million unit at 80 Columbus Circle (a k a the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental) for close to its current ask. (It was originally listed for $17.5 million in January.)

The three-bedroom, four-bath condo measuring 2,912 square feet went to contract for around $5,400 per square foot.

Matchmaker, homemaker

Bravo TV’s “Millionaire Matchmaker” Patti Stanger looked at a $15,750-per-month two-bedroom, 2½-bath unit at the 20-story, white-glove Beekman Regent condo at 351 E. 51st St. The furnished, 2,000-square-foot unit features 14-foot ceilings.

Beekman broker Rachel Rivkind had no comment, but our spies say Stanger gave Rivkind some free dating advice before she headed over to the Fitzpatrick Hotel, where, sources tell us, she is now ensconced.

We hear . . .

That broker Ivan Hakimian, of Itzhaki Properties, is selling a rent-controlled building at 5 W. 91st St. The six-story, 48-unit building is listed at $18 million and is owned by Larry Gluck, CEO of Stellar Management.

Making tracks

Nothing is irreplaceable. Just ask hip-hop/R&B producer and songwriter Mikkel Storleer Eriksen — his co-writing hits include Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable” and Ne-Yo’s “So Sick” — who just put his three-bedroom condo at the Element, at 555 W. 59th St., on the market for $3.4 million. Eriksen is the Norwegian co-founder of Stargate, a record-producing and songwriting team that is also a partner with Jay-Z in StarRoc, a record-label joint venture.

The 1,800-square-foot home includes a large, open kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hudson River and his-and-hers closets in the master bedroom.

Listing broker Alon Chadad, of Nest Seekers, declined to comment.

Downtown exposures

Swiss-born photographer Raymond Meier is selling his 4,300-square-foot-plus penthouse condo at 158 Mercer St. The listing price for the three-bedroom, 3½-bath pad with a library is $11.95 million.

Interested buyers will have lots to gawk at. Jon Bon Jovi lives in the adjoining penthouse, which he bought for $26 million in 2007. Bon Jovi’s good karma should balance any bad karma from Mark Madoff, Bernie’s son, who somehow came up with $6.07 million to buy his apartment in the building in 2005.

Meier’s listing broker, Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.
