Two thugs threatened a woman and took her iPhone on Jay Street on June 4.
The victim told cops that the two approached her at about 3 pm near Nassau Street, when one held a pistol to her face and said, “Give me your iPod or I’ll kill you.” She handed the new-fangled device over, and the two fled.
Oiyphone arrest
Two dimwits were arrested for jacking a woman’s iPhone on Jay Street on June 2.
The woman told cops se was walking near York Street when they ran up behind her at about 7:35 pm, and one of them snagged the device. She struggled with them for a while, and they got away — until police found them later that night.
Mac thief
A quick-handed thief pinched a Macbook from a Flatbush Avenue Extension apartment elevator on June 6.
The victim told cops he forgot about the bag for mere minutes when he entered his home near Concord Street. But when he returned at about 12:30 pm, the computer was gone.
Power play
A jerk with a job to do broke into a car on Nassau Street and stole $5,000 worth of power tools on June 3.
The owner arrived at his parking spot near Jay Street at about 5 pm to find the driver’s-side window busted, various power tools missing and his dreams of a rooftop bar shattered.
TV lifter
A thief broke into a Concord Street apartment through an unlocked window and stole a TV on June 3.
The victim came home, which is near Bridge Street, at about 4:30 pm to find the 32-inch story box missing and the window wide open.
Recess rumble
A group of mean girls attacked a lone 15-year-old classmate on Fulton Street on June 4.
The girl told cops that she was walking near Jay Street at about 2 pm when a group of girls she apparently didn’t know approached her. One said, “I don’t like you anymore, you gettin’ jumped,” another punched the girl in the face, and a third stole her backpack before they all fled.
Bag unit
A glass-smashing brute was arrested after he broke into a Pacific Street apartment, held up the renter there, and frisked him on June 3.
The victim was sitting in his apartment, which is near Fourth Avenue, at about 1:20 pm when he heard a smash. He ran to investigate and found that the perp had broken a small window and unlocked the front door. When confronted, the jerk ran the victim’s pockets and fled, but cops caught up and collared him a short time later.
