The Knicks will work out former Lincoln superstar Lance Stephenson tomorrow at their Westchester facility.
Stephenson, who left after his freshman year at Cincinnati, is not expected to fall to where the Knicks select, 38th and 39th. He is considered a late first-round pick.
The Knicks interviewed the Brooklyn prospect at Chicago’s pre-draft camp last month and they like his body. However, it is a question whether he would fit into Mike D’Antoni’s system or fills a need. The Knicks are stocked at small forward and prefer to draft a big center or a point guard.
Working out with Stephenson will be forward Darington Hobson of New Mexico; Thomas Huertel, a guard from France; Gani Lawal of Georgia Tech; Samardo Samuels of Louisville; and David Schneider, a guard from William & Mary.
