YouTube reportedly began removing some clips of Yemeni terror cleric Anwar al-Awlaki from its site yesterday.
A source at Google, YouTube’s parent company, told London’s Daily Telegraph the site started pulling Awlaki rants urging Muslims to kill Westerners.
Awlaki is the mastermind behind last week’s failed attempt to send explosives to the United States as commercial cargo.
The American-born jihadi also inspired the Army major who massacred 13 soldiers at Fort Hood, and the failed Christmas “crotch bomber.”
He also mentored two of the 9/11 hijackers.
