No, the good news is that democracy advocate Aung San Suu Kyi may be free tomorrow. But nothing is simple of course and so it may be that the military junta will release her conditionally which she will refuse to sign. “Suu Kyi is not expected to accept a conditional release if it excludes her from political activity.” She is, after all, the head of a political party, the National League for Democracy. Hopefully, watchful eyes and international presure will have some effect on the government’s actions and Suu Kyi will be released without conditions.
