A passenger on a Staten Island Railway train allegedly lifted his shirt, exposed his penis, smiled and shook his package for all to see near the Grant City station at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, court papers state.
Cleveland Hodges, 31, was busted on a public-lewdness rap, records show.

A man was stabbed in the neck in an early-morning Tompkinsville bar fight, authorities said.
The brawl broke out at 4:20 a.m. yesterday at El Coco Loco at Victory Boulevard and St. Pauls Avenue, police said.
Amid the mayhem, a 27-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and a 59-year-old man got knifed in the buttocks, while a third victim suffered head trauma, cops said.
The three victims were taken to Richmond University Medical Center, where they are in stable condition, police said.

Three thugs attacked and robbed a food deliveryman in a Long Island City apartment building, cops said.
The men attacked the deliveryman in the lobby of 41-01 Vernon Boulevard at 3:25 p.m. last Friday, police added.
They fled with his cash, cellphone and food, according to cops.
The deliveryman suffered minor injuries, cops said. The suspects are believed to be in their late teens.

Cops believe one busy bank robber is responsible for three heists and one failed attempt.
According to police sources, the suspected thief first struck at an Amalgamated branch on 37th Avenue in Jackson Heights, where he passed a demand note to a teller at about 3 p.m. on July 17, police said.
The teller turned over cash and the suspect fled, according to cops.
On Aug. 10 at 5:50 p.m. in Middle Village, he passed a note to a teller at a Chase branch but fled empty-handed.
On Aug. 20 at 1:50 p.m. in Jackson Heights, he made off with money from an HSBC branch on 43rd Avenue.
And last Saturday, he robbed the Chase branch on Steinway Street in Astoria.
No one was injured. The suspect was last seen wearing a striped shirt, jeans, sunglasses and a Yankee cap.

A cat burglar and his accomplice are wanted for breaking into a jewelry store in Williamsbridge, authorities said.
The suspects forced their way into 99 Diamond on East Gun Hill Road near Bronxwood Avenue at about 2 a.m. on Oct. 6, police sources said.
The heist totaled $1,500, cops said.
The men are believed to be in their 20s, police said.

A burglar stole gaming equipment from a home in Williamsbridge, authorities said.
The suspect broke into the home on Olinville Avenue near East 213th Street by sneaking in through a side window at about 5:10 p.m. on Oct. 11 and fled with the pricey electronics, cops said.
The crook is in his late teens or early 20s and was wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark sneakers, and was carrying a backpack, police added.

A 23-year-old thug who claimed to have a beef with the son of an elderly man viciously attacked and robbed the dad in a Foxhurst apartment building, court records indicate.
Vicente Diaz, 69, was in the building on Aldus Street when alleged thug Johnny Sanchez followed him onto an elevator, court documents state
The brute allegedly hit and punched Diaz repeatedly, then broke his eyeglasses and yanked the gold neck chain the elderly victim was wearing, according to the court papers.
Sanchez later told cops he hated the victim’s son, the court documents state.
Sanchez was charged with assault, robbery, grand larceny, petit larceny, criminal mischief, menacing and harassment.
