They should have charged her with price gouging.
Accused Midtown hooker Janet Croom allegedly asked an undercover cop for $1 million for sex last April.
It’s a steep price, even considering cops say she offered to throw in a haircut, a massage and a “Jacuzzi ride.”
“Do you want some company?” Croom, 43, had queried the undercover, according to paperwork in her saucy solicitation case, which was before a Manhattan Supreme Court judge yesterday.
“I do b–w jobs, hand jobs, sex, haircuts, massages and Jacuzzi rides. Anywhere from $100 to $1,000,000,” she allegedly told the undercover.
She was willing to discount, apparently.
“Two hundred for sex,” she allegedly haggled before getting arrested at Broadway and 52nd Street at 3:30 in the morning.
Croom, who wouldn’t talk on her way out of court, is also in hot water for allegedly giving cops an alias and possessing stolen credit cards when she was busted.
She’s due back in court in August.
