An off-duty Staten Island cop was allegedly trying to have sex with a drunken 16-year-old girl when his wife walked in on them.

Officer Peter Ciollo, 29, was caught with the teen on the Fourth of July in a home that he and his wife had rented, police sources said.

Ciollo, who is assigned to the 120th Precinct, allegedly gave the girl alcohol before allowing her to drive drunk around the parking lot of the Staten Island Mall with him in the car, the sources said.

He then allegedly took her to the rented home, plied her with more alcohol, showed her porn on a computer, kissed her and sexually abused her before they both fell asleep.

When the girl came to, she realized that she was wearing the cop’s shorts, the sources said.

Ciollo was charged Wednesday with attempted rape, unlawfully dealing with a child, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse.
