Two men learned yesterday that it’s illegal to go fishing at JFK Airport.
Jovanny Tlamints, 24, and Angel Garcia, 53, had been sent by their employer, North Landing of Clifton, NJ, to a warehouse at the airport to pick up $38,000 worth of fresh salmon that had just been flown in from Iceland.
But their boss, who had become suspicious of the two, followed them to the warehouse and allegedly spotted them loading the fish into their own pickup truck.
The two fishermen were busted by Port Authority cops and charged with larceny.
