Anthony Mackie, who starred in the Eminem flick “8 Mile” as well as “Gangster Squad,” was arrested in Harlem early Saturday for driving drunk, authorities said.
Mackie, 35, was stopped on West 125th Street and Lenox Avenue at 1:20 a.m. after cops spotted the tinted windows on his Dodge Challenger.
But they couldn’t miss his bloodshot eyes or the smell of booze on his breath, according to police.
The actor refused to take a breath-alcohol test and he was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
His license was also suspended.
Mackie, who lives in Brooklyn, has had major roles in “The Hurt Locker,” “Million Dollar Baby” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.”
He also stars in the upcoming “Captain America: the Winter Soldier” and “Avenger” films.
