The high-flying Harlem Globetrotters are all about good old-fashioned family entertainment, but a recent stunt that went horribly wrongs proves that their tricks aren’t just fun and games.
William “Bull” Bullard slammed a ball through the net at a recent Globetrotter show in Honduras and hung on the rim to accentuate the dunk.
But as the 6’4″, 217-pound baller from Detroit moved to put his feet on the backboard a stanchion broke and the entire apparatus started to fall.
Luckily, Bull ducked his head down under the backboard moments before it crashed into the court and he was able to escape the terrifying incident with just minor cuts, according to Dime Magazine.
