A creepy Manhattan dentist dropped his pants and repeatedly walked around his office in just his checkered boxers, a lawsuit says.
Dr. Robert Massimi Jr. fondled female staffers and ordered them to “turn around so I can look at your ass,” court papers allege.
The owner of Beautiful Smile on West 86th Street, Massimi also forced two office managers to bill clients for procedures he didn’t perform, the two staffers allege in a suit filed Friday in Bronx Supreme Court.
General manager Michelle Santana said Massimi would give her unwanted hugs, touch her buttocks and tell her, “You turn me on,” and, “You’re so beautiful I cannot even concentrate,” the papers allege.
“I once went to the back of the office and saw him with nothing but his boxers. He had no shirt, he had no pants, he was even barefoot,” Santana, 32, told The Post.
It happened again — and Massimi got creepier each time, she said.
Office manager Gina Romano, 31, said Massimi fired her once she confronted him about billing clients for fluoride and other treatments, even when the procedures were covered by insurance or not performed.
“This creep seemed to think that because he employed these women, he owned the rights to them,” said attorney Rosemarie Arnold, who represents the women. “He treated them discriminatorily and repulsively. It’s immoral and illegal.”
The dentist, who is already fighting a malpractice suit against his clinic, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
