The “world’s most arrested man” spent Thanksgiving behind bars again.
Henry Earl, 64, whose massive rap sheet includes more than 1,500 arrests over four decades, was tossed in the slammer after being nabbed for public intoxication – landing him behind bars for the third Turkey Day in the past five years, The Smoking Gun reports.
The prolific perp was arrested outside of a fast food restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky in October and is now locked up in Fayette County Detention Center, his home away from home, according to the Web site.
Earl was first collared in 1970, at age 20, for carrying a concealed weapon then racked up 33 more arrests that decade alone.
He was then arrested 230 times during the 1980s, mostly for public drunkenness and or disorderly conduct, and the number of times he was arrested only increased in the following decades.
Earl generally spends two or three months in jail before he’s released.
He has spent a total of 6,000 days in jail over the past four decades. Most of his charges involve alcohol.
He’s due in court on Dec. 5 for a pretrial conference and a probation revocation hearing.
