Dan Lauria, who’s currently starring on Broadway in “A Christmas Story,” will be featured in a reading of “A Queen For a Day” Monday, Jan. 6 at Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center.
The play, written by Michael Ricigliano, Jr. and directed by John Gould Rubin, is being presented by The Private Theatre. Joining Lauria — who plays Nino, a captain in a New York crime family — will be Anthony De Sando (“Magic City”), David Deblinger and Rachel Spencer Hewitt.
“Lily of the Feast,” a big-screen version of Ricigliano’s short film, begins shooting this May with Federico Castelluccio directing.
