A male MTA honcho sexually harassed his male underling by incessantly pleasuring himself while the construction-cost estimator was in his office, a new lawsuit claims.
In one ludicrous episode last May, Transit supervisor Frederick Lynch “began talking to his erect penis, and said: ‘You should be hidden beneath my pants, this is your cave,’” according to court papers.
Horrified victim Hector Prowse, 71, who is suing Lynch and his former employer in Manhattan Supreme Court, says he complained to bosses at least three times, and they told him to keep quiet or quit.
Then in December, Lynch called Prowse into his office again, pointed to his erection and “claimed the augmentation was like the Everest Mountains,” according to court papers.
Lynch also tried to get Prowse to vacation in Trinidad-Tobago with him, rubbed his buttocks against his co-worker’s pelvis and told him he had “beautiful hands, like a pianist,” the suit says.
Prowse was fired last December after Lynch got wind of his complaints, the suit says.
Lynch was Prowse’s immediate supervisor in the construction estimates department at the agency’s Lower Manhattan offices.
He’s seeking unspecified damages.
An MTA spokeswoman said Lynch still works for the agency, but declined to comment on the allegations on behalf of him and the agency.
