The prankster becomes the pranked.
With an assist from Jimmy Kimmel, Amar’e Stoudemire set up his friend and former Knicks teammate, Metta World Peace, on a limo ride he won’t soon forget.
Stoudemire asked World Peace to give a speech at an event for a charity that did not exist, and Kimmel’s cousin, Sal Iacono, better known as Cousin Sal, was driving World Peace’s limo to the event.
Iacono picked up World Peace and his assistant, and hilarity ensued, as Stoudemire directed Cousin Sal how to get under World Peace’s skin.
“We are definitely getting Uber on the way back. I am not taking this guy on the way back,” World Peace says at one point.
The needling proceeds to Donald Sterling jokes and mariachi music — and almost escalates too far (think: 911) — before Stoudemire reveals himself to be pulling the strings.
