A man was found dead in a Brooklyn bathtub, cops said.
Police made the grisly discovery Saturday morning after responding to a call of a possible death or injury at to West 12th Street and Neptune Avenue in Coney Island.
When the officers arrived at around 8:45 a.m., they encountered the dead man’s 54-year-old brother, who initially tried to keep cops out of the home, but surrendered when a cop pulled out a taser, police said.
He then told cops to check the bathtub — where officers found the man’s dead 62-year-old brother, naked but for a wash cloth covering his genitals, sources said.
He suffered facial trauma and bleach burns to his right arm and legs, cops added.
The brother, who was also covered with bleach and had burn marks on his body, was taken to Staten Island University Hospital where he is undergoing a psychological evaluation, cops said.
The house was unkempt, and there were traces of bleach throughout the apartment, police sources noted.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death. The name of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
