A thug shot a foe in the foot amid a brawl in Washington Heights, police said.

The combatants first exchanged heated words at West 163rd Street and St. Nicholas Avenue at 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 21 and soon came to blows, cops said.

Then one of the pugilists pulled a gun and blasted his 25-year-old opponent in the foot.

The victim was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital Center in stable condition.

The alleged shooter and his gal pal fled on foot, authorities said.

Cops identified a suspect Monday in a string of gunpoint robberies in Harlem.

Jamal Williams, 34, pulled a weapon on a 31-year-old man near East 121st Street and Lexington Avenue at 1 a.m. on Sept. 13 and fled with the victim’s driver’s license, authorities said.

Three days later, he allegedly held up a 32-year-old man in an apartment building on West 139th Street near Fifth Avenue but left empty-handed, police said.

On Sept. 17, Williams allegedly accosted a third victim, a 21-year-old man, near East 138th Street and Fifth Avenue at 7:30 p.m., fleeing with $20 and an iPhone.

Williams also mugged a 33-year-old man for a cellphone and Beats headphones on West 139th Street at 11:20 a.m. on Sept. 19, according to cops.

Brooklyn

Two con artists using a lottery-jackpot ruse scammed a Bushwick woman out of $8,000 in jewelry, cops said.

A female suspect approached the 53-year-old victim on Wyckoff Avenue near Himrod Street at 10:20 a.m. Friday and claimed to have a winning lottery ticket that for unspecified reasons she couldn’t cash in herself, police said.

The fraudster offered to hand over the “winning” ticket and split the fictional jackpot — but only if the victim first put up the baubles as “collateral,” authorities said.

At her home, the victim handed over $8,000 in bling to the scammers, who fled and have not been seen or heard from since, investigators said.

Queens

This guy was really loaded.

A man sipping wine along a street in St. Albans caught the attention of cops — who found a loaded revolver tucked in his waistband, authorities said.

Plainclothes officers patrolling near 205th Street and 116th Avenue spotted Ronnie Woody, 31, imbibing at 11:45 p.m. Sunday, police said.

Investigators said Woody grew suspicious when the unmarked car slowed down, so he put down his clear plastic cup of vino and tried to shift a poorly hidden handgun in his waistband from his stomach to his side.

The cops saw the butt of the .32 caliber Smith & Wesson as Woody fidgeted, and the officers emerged from the car while identifying themselves as police, officials said.

The suspected immediately surrendered and cops confiscated the weapon and crack cocaine allegedly in his possession, authorities said.

Woody, a Long Island resident with prior busts for rape and armed robbery, was charged with weapons and drug possession, along with public drinking.

Investigators have identified a suspect in a South Richmond Hill murder committed just days before Christmas.

Authorities announced Monday that David Haridat, 31, is wanted in the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Gerrard Edwards last Dec. 22.

Cops found Edwards with several gunshot wounds to the torso at 3:30 a.m. near Liberty Avenue and 112th Street, officials said.

He died at Jamaica Hospital.

Police said Edwards and Haridat had argued shortly before the slaying, but the nature of the dispute was not immediately clear.

Haridat stands about 5-foot-4 and weighs 150 pounds, cops said.

Two gun-toting goons robbed a man in Ridgewood, authorities said.

The 24-year-old victim was walking on George Street near Seneca Avenue at 7:05 p.m. on Sept. 20 when he was accosted, police said.

Investigators said the thugs pulled a gun and demanded cash, but were satisfied to flee with the victim’s gold chain and iPhone 5.
